Presence AI is a completely independent service from your landline carrier. Our service in no way affects your current landline service or billing. To get started, all we need from you is a signed Letter Of Agreement authorizing us to SMS enable your landline. We take care of everything else! You'll continue to receive voice calls through your regular provider without interruption. Please note, Presence AI will bill you separately and will not be attached in any way to your current phone service billing.

First of all, congratulations! Texting with so many customers means you're doing something right ;-) And have no worries about reaching usage limits. We're on your side. We'll always allow you and your customers to connect through Presence AI regardless of how many customers have already contacted you in a month. We'll work with you when you've exceeded any monthly limits to understand if it's due to a one off event such as press coverage or to find out if you're growing and need to upgrade your plan. Absolutely! Your Presence AI is here to help you with your customers, but you're always able to message directly when you need to. At any time you can start or takeover a conversation with your customer with or without the help of your Presence AI. This gives you the flexibility of simple messaging when you want it with the power of Presence AI when you need it.

Yes! Presence AI adapts to your needs for specific customers and unexpected tasks. When you want to handle a conversation directly with a customer, turn off your Presence AI and send and receive messages directly on a per customer basis. That means your Presence AI can remain active and responsive for most of your customers while you message directly with a specific customer. When you're ready, turn your Presence AI back on to handle conversations with that customer automatically. This gives you simple and clear control over your Presence AI.
